Republic of Ireland national under-17 football team
The Republic of Ireland national under-17 football team, is the national under-17 football team of the Republic of Ireland and is controlled by the Football Association of Ireland and competes in the biennial UEFA European Under-17 Football Championship.
History
The Republic won in Scotland in 1998 and that remains their best performance to date, and Irish football's second greatest international achievement after the U-19 Euro victory in Cyprus.
